The Concierge Plan is designed to help performing arts administrators who want to use EnCue Service, but don't have the time or personnel. The Concierge Plan includes everything in the Standard Service plan and the following:

  • Customized research and creation of concert-
    specific EnCue notes
     
  • Ability to uploading content into the EnCue System
     
  • Customized marketing plan to create awareness for the app and the unique concert experience
     
  • Training for using the "Broadcaster" during the concert
     
  • Training/awareness materials for front-house staff, ticketing staff, administrative staff, and musicians as required
     
  • Incorporation of EnCue "Best Practices" into your performance
